Bestselling Author to Speak at Lourie Center’s Annual Meeting

The Lourie Center is hosting its Annual Member’s Meeting and Breakfast on Thursday June 27, 9-10:30 am.  They will announce new board members, enjoy a year-end report from their executive director Sandra Owensby and an exciting visit from keynote speaker Ronda Rich!

Ronda Rich

Ronda Rich, best-selling author of the wildly successful What Southern Women Know (That Every Woman Should), rivets audiences with tales of the South as seen through the eyes of people who triumph over tribulation by pushing through to find a better day.  “Nothing beats a great story told except one that is retold,” she says. Alternating between humorous, sentimental and wise, she delivers a punch of Southern life, one that often is entwined with a lesson learned.  A former award-winning sports writer, Ronda’s weekly syndicated column appears in over fifty newspapers. She has appeared on dozens of television shows, as well as in the pages of many major magazines. Visit Ronda’s website here:

The public is invited to attend on June 27.  You will enjoy Ronda’s words of wisdom. A hot breakfast will be available to all guests.
