Pickleball! Seven Oaks Park Pickleball
While pickleball might not be a game you’ve heard of before, the mix of tennis, badminton, and table tennis has been around for over 50 years. Pickleball Club of Columbia can help you learn the game, and let you know where there are matches being played. There is a Pickleball Tournament held annually at Seven Oaks Park. The JCC aquatics facility has a 4 lane, 25 yard, heated indoor pool that includes a handicap ramp, pool access wheelchair and a portable chair lift. The Senior Water Fitness class focuses on balance and muscular endurance while the Advanced Senior Water Fitness class integrates cardiovascular movements with strengthening exercises. jcccolumbia.org

Sewing 101: Richland County Library
This sewing course is for adult beginners who want to learn the very basics about operation, terminology and techniques. The class will include threading the machine and bobbin and learning how to use and adjust stitch settings. You will also make a fun and simple project to practice your new skills!
