This GBGA class is for seniors at all skill levels. The curriculum is designed to study the entire game of golf, using video and training systems, and with an emphasis on flexibility, conditioning and nutrition, and most of it is conducted right on the course! The JCC aquatics facility has a 4 lane, 25 yard, heated indoor pool that includes a handicap accessible ramp, pool access wheelchair, and portable chair lift. The Senior Water Fitness class focuses on balance and muscular endurance, while the Advanced Senior Water Fitness class integrates cardiovascular movements with strengthening exercises.
