Carolina Pride Pastures
An alpaca farm in Pomaria that sells products made from alpaca wool yarns.  Scarves, fingerless gloves, hats and more.  Offering farm tours & love to show folks their herd. Call first.  Near Lever Farms, below – visit both!  Call ahead so they know to be nearby. 803-480-3750. 1416 SC Highway 34 in Pomaria.

Lever Farms
Fresh fruits and produce including blueberries (until mid-July), peaches (until Aug 1) and all summer veggies.  Open July Mon – Sat from 8am – 6pm; rest of summer: call ahead for hours. Open Saturdays 8am -6pm in October for pumpkins.  803-321-5952.  5057 SC Highway 34 in Pomaria.

Oak Grove Farms of Gaston
Looking for a place to pick blueberries?  Oak Grove Farms will have them until about mid-July! They are open from 7am – 1pm during blueberry season (it’s too hot to pick them after 1pm).  Located at 872 Old Sandy Run Road in Gaston.

Black’s Peaches
Located at 1800 Black Hwy in York, SC. Pick your own peaches or tomatoes! Offer locally grown produce for sale in their store and there are always yummy things to pick on the farm. Open Mon-Sat from 8am – 6pm and 1pm-6pm on Sunday. 803.684.2333.

Bee City Honeybee Farm + Petting Zoo
Looking for a day trip with your grandkids? Learn about the fascinating world of bees. Visit a petting zoo with both domestic and wild animals, including a fantastic collection of reptiles. Dine at Bee City’s Cafe and shop at their gift shop, which features their own locally produced honey, bee pollen, and beeswax, among many other bee related products. In July-August open Tue-Thu 9am to 5pm and Fri & Sat 9am to 6pm. In Sept-May open Fri & Sat 9am to 6pm.
